Frequently Asked Questions

We are a pumpkin concierge serving residential and commercial customers! We prep, deliver, style, and pick up pumpkins so you do not have to lift a finger. 

At this time, we service central Indiana. 

Delivery is included for all of Hamilton County as well as the southern half of Madison County. 

Delivery to Boone, Tipton, Hancock, Marion, Hendricks, Johnson, Shelby, and Northern half of Madison County is $25. 

If you are interested in our services but live outside of the above areas, please send us a message to see if we are able to assist you!

Sit back and relax! You will receive an email from us the week prior to your chosen delivery week with care instructions and your delivery date.  

Please remember Pumpkins are a perishable item. While we do our very best to prep your pumpkins for a long season, we cannot guarantee that some will not begin to deteriorate throughout the season. The week before your delivery you will receive an email from us with care instructions to help extend the life of your pumpkins. Please reach out to us if you have issues with your pumpkins. If we have left over pumpkins and have additional deliveries in your area, we will do our best to bring you a replacement however this is not a guarantee. 

While we would love to meet all of our customers, this is not a requirement. If you are unable to be there during delivery/styling, please let us know and we will discuss what you are envisioning for your display ahead of time!
