A concierge service does all the work for you so you can spend more time enjoying the season with friends and family while still having a warm and inviting entrance to your home. At The Pumpkin Florist we carefully select every pumpkin for your package. Every pumpkin is cleaned and treated to repel animals and critters using an organic insecticidal soap to help keep your pumpkin arrangement beautiful all season long. We deliver, style, and pick up your pumpkins so you do not have to lift a finger!
Your delivery date will depend on your location. We will begin deliveries Early September 2025 (exact dates to come). When you place your order you can select your preferred date(s) and we will do our absolute best to accommodate!
Similar to delivery this will depend slightly on your location. We will offer pick up the week after Halloween, the week before Thanksgiving, and the week after Thanksgiving. More to come on exact dates!

We are partnering with local farmers to give their livestock these tasty treats so your pumpkins don't go to waste!
We primarily service Hamilton County and surrounding areas. We are happy to go further if we can have at least a couple of orders from that area. Fee for further delivery will depend on how many people are requesting our services in your area and mileage from Hamilton County. Please feel free to message us to discuss further.

Boone, Tipton, Hancock, Marion, northern half of Madison County: $25

While we love to meet our clients, this is not a requirement at all! We understand that life is busy so if you are comfy with us doing set up/pick up when you are not home, we are happy to do so!
If you would like to split your package between your front and back porches, we are happy to do that for an additional $40 fee. If you are ordering a package specifically for your back porch there is not an additional set up fee.
Absolutely! We are happy to incorporate mums, planters, pumpkins, decorations, etc that you already have to help enhance your package!
We hope to eventually! The only concern is that mums obviously require watering and care that we are not able to come back and provide so if mums are offered their care will fall to the client once set up is complete.

Instructions on care of your pumpkins will come with your confirmation email 1 week prior to your delivery date.
While we do our very best to prep your pumpkins to last all season long it is possible a few of them may begin to deteriorate before you are ready to be done especially in unseasonably hot or cold weather. Should this happen please reach out to us. If we have extra pumpkins and will be close to your area for another delivery, we are happy to replenish at no charge. If you are needing us to make a special trip for replenishment, there is a $50 fee.
The $50 deposit reserves your slot for 2025 guaranteeing you a delivery date! This goes towards the total cost of your Pumpkin Arrangement.
Final payment of your Pumpkin Arrangement will be due by September 1, 2025.
Due to the nature of the product and services we offer we are not able to offer refunds. All sales are final.
